Steps to make 低卡营养海鲜菇丝瓜炒蛋

  • 1.鸡蛋打入碗中,加入半勺料酒,四分之一勺盐,用筷子打成蛋液。
  • 2.丝瓜很嫩,没有削皮,只用小刀刮去外皮,这个炒出来颜色翠绿,水灵灵。丝瓜切条。
  • 3.切好的丝瓜泡在淡盐水中,防止氧化变色。炒之前捞出控水。
  • 4.海鲜菇去跟,洗净切段。
  • 5.葱姜蒜切碎。
  • 6.海鲜菇焯水,这样后边炒的时候和丝瓜一起熟。
  • 7.热锅凉油,油热下入蛋液, 炒成块盛出。
  • 8.锅里添少许油,油热下葱姜蒜炒香。
  • 9.倒入丝瓜条,炒变色。
  • 10.倒入海鲜菇。
  • 11.加一勺蚝油,半勺盐,沿锅边淋入两三勺水,把丝瓜炒熟。
  • 12.倒入炒好的鸡蛋,炒匀。
  • 13.淋入几滴香油,撒几粒小米辣圈配个色,炒匀出锅。
  • 14.鲜香美味,低卡减脂。
  • 15.好吃好看有营养。
