面包机版红枣果仁面包
一款全程用面包机来制作的美味面包,香甜的红枣加上满满的果仁,提高颜值的同时也给营养加分。

  • 蛋液50克
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 3克
  • 面包粉315克
  • 酵母4克
  • 黄油25克
  • 红枣40克
  • 果仁50克

Steps to make 面包机版红枣果仁面包

  • 1.准备辅料:红枣去核后切成小丁,果仁我用的是南瓜子仁、黑芝麻、白芝麻、杏仁片。
  • 2.除黄油外,面团其他材料全部加入东菱1352面包机内,设置和面15分钟。
  • 3.加入软化的黄油,继续和面10分钟。
  • 4.还剩4分钟时,加入红枣,继续和面。
  • 5.和面结束,将面团收圆,放入面包机内进行一发,设置30分钟。
  • 6.发酵结束,手指沾干面粉插入拔起,洞口不回缩不塌陷即完成。
  • 7.取出面团,排气后整圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟。
  • 8.将面团擀成长方形,拍除边上的气泡。
  • 9.上下三分之一处向内对折。
  • 10.将面团90度转向后,擀成长条形,底部压薄。
  • 11.由上往下卷起。
  • 12.给面团表面刷上一层清水,再裹上果仁。
  • 13.将面团放入面包机桶内,选择发酵,时间为50分钟。
  • 14.发至8分满后,选择烘烤,时间为32分钟。
  • 15.烘烤结束
  • 16.马上取出面桶,倒出面包晾凉。
  • 17.切片。
