Steps to make 甜杏果酱

  • 1.甜杏用淡盐水浸泡30分钟后冲洗干净,然后晾干水分。
  • 2.将甜杏去掉核
  • 3.甜杏放料理机里打成果泥,倒入锅里,加入400克冰糖,或是白砂糖。中小火开始炒,刚开始甜杏果酱很稀,翻炒过程中要一直不停的快速用锅铲翻搅锅里的甜杏酱。
  • 4.一直炒到糖完全溶解,甜杏果酱变得干干的时候就可以出锅了。炒好的果酱装入密封罐里放冰箱冷藏保存即可。大胆的放糖,这个甜度刚好!我们常吃的果酱含糖量大概在60%,这款含糖量只有40%。
