Steps to make 红糖果仁软欧包

  • 1.把30克红糖和除果仁、橄榄油以外的所有材料加入面包桶,启动和面程序和成光滑的面团
  • 2.加入橄榄油继续一个和面程序

  • 4.把面团分成两份,其中一份稍多一些

  • 9.放上适量之前预留的果仁和红糖
  • 10.从一端卷起并收紧口
  • 11.一块不带果仁的面团擀成稍大点的面饼
  • 12.把之前做好的果仁面团放在中间
  • 13.收口并整形
  • 14.依次做好所有的面包,进行二次发酵
  • 15.发酵好的面包用锋利的刀划出线条并撒上低粉,烤箱210度预热10分钟再烤30分钟即可
