  • 1.鱿鱼处理干净, 面上斜切花刀然后再切成小片。

  • 5.锅中下油,爆香葱姜蒜末。
  • 6.倒入焯过水的鱿鱼花翻炒几下。
  • 7.再放入泡发好的木耳。
  • 8.然后放入切好的青椒,淋入一点醋和生抽,加入盐和鸡精,快速炒几下,出锅前淋入香油即可。
