山楂话梅蒸雪梨
梨味甘微酸、性凉,入肺、胃经;具有生津、润燥、清热、化痰,解酒的作用;用于热病伤阴或阴虚所致的干咳、口渴、便秘等症,也可用于内热所致的烦渴、咳喘、痰黄等症。
加入了山楂酱和话梅,味道棒棒哒,因为我的山楂酱是冰糖熬的,而且够甜,所以没有额外加糖。这个冬天来个热热的梨子,加上酸酸甜甜的味道,美极啦,冬季养生必须有。

  • 1.准备用料
  • 2.梨洗净去皮
  • 3.三分之一处切开
  • 4.挖去梨核
  • 5.放话梅肉适量
  • 6.放山楂酱
  • 7.盖上盖子,放入一个比较深的碗中,蒸的时候会出汁
  • 8.放入蒸锅,大火蒸一个小时,蒸至梨透明即可,水要足够多,以免糊锅
