蔓越莓曲奇饼干
之前做了简单的曲奇,现做的还是曲奇,市场上好多这类产品。不过对比起来,自己做的要味道醇的多!

  • 无盐黄油75克
  • 糖粉60克
  • 蔓越莓干35克
  • 全鸡蛋液15ml

Steps to make 蔓越莓曲奇饼干

  • 1.准备好所需的材料。黄油室温软化,蔓越莓干个体大的要稍稍切碎些。
  • 2.把糖粉加入软化的黄油里面,用一般的打蛋器就行,打匀,不用打发。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋液。
  • 4.加入蔓越莓干拌匀后加入低筋面粉用刮刀拌匀。
  • 5.把拌好的放入磨具内。当然自己用手也可以,形状一样就好。
  • 6.把磨具放入冷冻室冷冻一小时。
  • 7.冻好后的样子。
  • 8.开始切,大约0.7cm厚度,第一次做,我切的不够好。
  • 9.烤箱先预热,上下管170度,烘培20分钟左右,每家烤箱不同,最好几分钟要盯下。
  • 10.哈哈!duang……新鲜出炉,样子不太好,第一次做蔓越莓曲奇饼干,对自己越来越有信心了!
