Steps to make 油渣萝卜丝盒子

  • 1.在面粉中加少许盐和油
  • 2.往面粉里倒入开水将一半面粉烫熟
  • 3.接着再倒入凉水,搅拌均匀
  • 4.用力揉成光滑的面团
  • 5.将面团盖上醒20-30分钟
  • 6.将粉丝用温水泡发
  • 7.将萝卜去皮洗净擦成细丝
  • 8.往萝卜丝中加少许盐
  • 9.接着放少许白糖搅拌均匀腌制一会,挤去多余的水份
  • 10.10、将泡好的粉丝切碎

  • 12.将虾皮洗净放干净锅中,加少许料酒小火焙香
  • 13.将焙好的虾皮剁成碎末

  • 16.将所有馅料都搅拌均匀
  • 17.接着将醒好的面取出一团,揉成长条状
  • 18.将面团分成大小均匀的面剂子
  • 19.用擀面杖将面剂子擀成中间厚四周薄的面皮
  • 20.包入适量的馅,将边捏紧
  • 21.电饼铛或者平底锅烧热后刷薄油,将做好的盒子生胚放进去烙或者煎
  • 22.当萝卜丝盒子两面金黄时就好了可以盛盘
