前几天做了盐渍樱花,很多人问盐渍樱花能干嘛,恩,当然是做点心的凹造型佳品咯~看看吧,一个戚风蛋糕,加上点樱花,瞬间bigger than bigger了呢!
又及,盐渍樱花很咸,要提前处理好……

Steps to make 樱花戚风

  • 1.盐渍樱花提前用水泡开,洗掉过多的盐分
  • 2.准备好所有的原料
  • 3.选取五朵盐渍樱花,铺在模具的底部
  • 4.剩下的樱花撕碎,与牛奶混合
  • 5.两个鸡蛋蛋清蛋黄分开,蛋黄加入12g砂糖
  • 6.开启电动打蛋器,打到浓稠的时候少量多次加入食用油
  • 7.打到颜色明显变浅,加入牛奶,一次混合均匀
  • 8.筛入低筋面粉
  • 9.以翻拌的手法混合均匀
  • 10.两个蛋清一次性加入剩下的20d砂糖
  • 11.打发到扣盆不倒的状态即可,可以稍微软一点
  • 12.三分之一的蛋清和蛋黄混合,翻拌均匀
  • 13.再加入三分之一,翻拌均匀
  • 14.最后全部混合均匀
  • 15.倒进烟囱模具之中,磕平表面
  • 16.烤箱上下火165度,下层,35分钟即可!出炉记得立即倒扣哦!
