Steps to make 土豆红烧肉

  • 1.前腿肉洗净加料酒焯水备用。
  • 2.瘦肉切成块,肥肉块成小块,煎好油另做其用。
  • 3.姜片备好。
  • 4.香菜切小段备好,土豆去皮洗净切成块备用(忘拍了)。
  • 5.热锅放入肥肉煸出油脂盛出,锅内留少许油,下姜片煸香。
  • 6.放入瘦肉翻炒一分钟。
  • 7.放入生抽炒出香味至上色。
  • 8.加入适量热水,少许老抽,料酒大火烧开转中火先炖煮十五分钟。
  • 9.炖煮十五后加入适量冰糖。
  • 10.把土豆放入,加入适量盐继续炖煮廿分钟。
  • 11.烧至土豆绵软,放入香菜。
  • 12.大火收汁即可出锅装盘。
  • 13.成品图(撒上香菜叶点缀)。
