初恋清新的味道——蝴蝶结饼干
虽然饼干时代已经借宿,可是预热尚且还在呀~~
今天再来一款饼干,甜甜的糖果配酥脆的饼干,别提一 个多美味了~~

  • 黄油40g
  • 糖粉30g
  • 小苏打2g
  • 1g
  • 蛋清20g
  • 红曲3g

Steps to make 初恋清新的味道——蝴蝶结饼干

  • 1.黄油称量好,提前室温软化。
  • 2.将糖粉倒入黄油中,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀,至发白体积变大。
  • 3.将蛋清粉两次倒入黄油中,每次都搅打均匀再加下一次。
  • 4.将面粉、小苏打、盐混合均匀。
  • 5.将混合好的粉类筛入黄油糊中。
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 7.将拌好的面糊分成等量大小的两份,将一份先整形成圆形面团。
  • 8.取另一份,加入3g红曲粉,揉均匀成面团。
  • 9.将面团放在保鲜膜上,表面再隔一层保鲜膜防粘,用擀面杖擀成2mm的薄片。
  • 10.用模具刻出形状。
  • 11.将刻好的小面片拿到手上,用筷子轻轻将中间加紧,成蝴蝶结的样子。
  • 12.原色面团也同样操作。放入铺好油纸的烤盘中。
  • 13.烤箱预热,17度,中层上下火,11分钟即可。
  • 14.巧克力隔温水融化。
  • 15.取一块冷却的饼干,中间涂上巧克力,放上小糖果即可。
