三鲜蒸排骨

Steps to make 三鲜蒸排骨

  • 1.原料图如图。
  • 2.排骨切小块焯水煮三分钟,水沸腾的时候撒点料酒。捞出洗净备用。
  • 3.排骨用生姜丝和除水淀粉外所有调料,腌渍一小时。
  • 4.冬笋冬菇切片,火腿条。
  • 5.盘底铺配料。排骨码放在上面,腌渍排骨的汁水浇上。
  • 6.上锅蒸30分钟。
  • 7.蒸好的排骨滤掉汤汁,放点鸡精搅拌均匀,用水淀粉勾芡。
  • 8.浇在排骨上即可。
