照烧鸡腿饭
照烧鸡腿饭---制作方法简单、方便、快捷,记得汤汁不要收干,用来拌饭,保准宝贝胃口大开。

Steps to make 照烧鸡腿饭

  • 1.鸡腿3个清洗干净。
  • 2.用剪刀从鸡腿中间剪开,去除骨头。鸡皮一面用叉子戳小洞方便入味,也可防止煎时回缩。
  • 3.3个鸡腿处理好,洗去血水,擦干水分,放在大碗中,加适量姜丝、十三香适量,黄酒1汤匙、盐适量腌制入味半小时。
  • 4.调好味汁。生抽3汤匙、蜂蜜1汤匙、黄酒2汤匙,清水适量。
  • 5.平底锅烧热放适量色拉油,油热放入鸡腿,带皮一面朝下。不断用铲子压鸡腿,使水分快速煎出。
  • 6.煎至金黄后翻面。
  • 7.煎至两面金黄,牙签插入无血水,鸡腿肉基本熟。
  • 8.放入调好的味汁,大火烧开转中或煮5分钟左右。
  • 9.煮至汤汁粘稠,包裹住鸡腿肉即成。记得汤汁不要收干,用来拌饭。
  • 10.烧好的鸡腿盛出。
  • 11.搭配米饭享用吧。
