蛋糕棒棒糖
高颜值的蛋糕棒棒糖,外壳脆脆香香,女生专用,不过我家是小子,哈哈,放学时带给同班小美女,一片好评!

Steps to make 蛋糕棒棒糖

  • 1.巧克力块、巧克力笔和糖珠。
  • 2.A、3个鸡蛋打入容器,加入50g白砂糖,硅胶铲拌匀;B、筛入面粉120g面粉、2g泡打粉,拌匀;C、60g黄油20g食用油微波炉或热水融化,加入面糊内,拌匀。
  • 3.用裱花袋挤入蛋糕棒棒糖模具,尽量满一些,小心合上盖子。我直接用勺子舀的,呵呵。
  • 4.烤箱预热,170度20分钟,后期可掀开硅胶模具看看,上色即可。
  • 5.巧克力块放碗里,隔水加热融化,然后和巧克力笔一起,放在热水盆里,持续软化,方便使用。
  • 6.纸棒蘸巧克力酱,插入蛋糕球内,然后旋转将巧克力酱裹满全身。
  • 7.待巧克力不大滴落流淌时,撒上糖珠,大颗粒的,用镊子粘上。软化的巧克力笔直接勾线。
  • 8.晾凉后装袋。
  • 9.爱美的小女生专用棒棒糖出炉啦,送人首选。
