    • 1.备材料(黄鳝是让卖的人弄好的,回来切就可以了)
    • 2.黄鳝切成大片加入所有调味料,洋葱切块,葱切小段,姜切条
    • 3.黄鳝加入调味料后腌15分钟
    • 4.热锅,下油,爆香姜条
    • 5.下洋葱块
    • 6.中火炒洋葱香味出来
    • 7.下鳝片,翻炒一会
    • 8.下点蚝油、酒、生抽
    • 9.加盖焖焗一会
    • 10.焗至鳝片全熟,开盖继续翻炒至水份收干
    • 11.洒入葱段
    • 12.关火,稍拌一下,就可上碟
