  • 1.所有食材
  • 2.把高筋面,白糖,盐,鸡蛋,奶粉,混合起来,清水放微波炉转几秒成温水,放入酵母化开,开始和面
  • 3.分三次添加玉米油,每添加一次都要抓捏面团让面充分吸收玉米油
  • 4.采取摔打面团和搓衣服的方式放面出膜
  • 5.放在面包机内发酵两倍大小
  • 6.用擀面杖多擀几次排去空气
  • 7.分为两个面团
  • 8.把面团擀成长条状或者正方形最好
  • 9.铺上红豆馅,四周要留空隙
  • 10.开始卷起来
  • 11.用刀切成差不多大小
  • 12.所有都做好,摆在烤盘内
  • 13.烤箱下面放开水,把发酵功能打开,二次发酵50分钟
  • 14.发酵后的面团明显增大刷上全蛋液
  • 15.烤箱预热180度10分钟,选择180度烤25分钟
  • 16.出炉了
  • 17.看造型,真的很好吃哦
  • 18.组织非常松软
