  • 可可粉10克
  • 玉米油40克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 白糖40克

Steps to make 巧克力蛋卷

  • 1.原料集合
  • 2.蛋黄加入20克白糖搅拌好
  • 3.黑巧克力加入玉米油加热至溶化
  • 4.巧克力油倒入蛋黄糊中
  • 5.加入牛奶
  • 6.再筛入搅拌均匀的低粉和可可粉
  • 7.搅拌至无颗粒
  • 8.蛋白加几滴白醋,分3次加入20克白糖,搅打至起小尖角
  • 9.将1/3的蛋白加入巧克力糊中,上下翻拌均匀
  • 10.将拌好的巧克力糊全部倒回到剩余的蛋白中
  • 11.上下翻拌均匀
  • 12.倒入到烤盘里,预热175度,烤30分钟
  • 13.烤好后马上卷起来
  • 14.放凉后冷藏半小时定型
  • 15.切块
  • 16.第一次做,比较满意
  • 17.很好吃!
