酱焖牛肉
牛肉算是家里比较常吃的一种食材了,老公总是说小家伙在长身体,多吃些牛肉身体壮。所以,基本上一周怎么也要吃上一次的。
平时我一般都是清炖,但是总吃这一种口味的也会腻,这次换了酱烧的,味道好浓郁呀~

材料:
主料:牛肉500g,土豆300g
调味料:豆瓣酱2大勺,盐2g
香料:葱2段,姜3片,干辣椒2个,八角1颗,桂皮1块,花椒1/2小勺,料酒10ml
水量:150ml

Steps to make 酱焖牛肉

  • 1.牛肉切大块
  • 2.和凉水一起放入锅中,大火烧开后撇掉浮沫
  • 3.捞出牛肉冲洗干净后沥干水分备用
  • 4.葱切2段,姜切3片
  • 5.土豆去皮后切块备用
  • 6.将所有调味料和香料一起放入锅中
  • 7.放入牛肉和土豆
  • 8.加水
  • 9.盖好盖子,启动【收汁·腐乳蹄】功能,这时你就可以走开了,随意去做什么都没问题
  • 10.炖煮好之后,程序自动进入收汁阶段,待收汁完毕后,打开盖子将各种材料搅匀即可
