偶然间我发现原来冰糖葫芦也是作为治病的药发明的呢,南宋时期,皇帝的妃子在宴会后茶饭不思,脘腹胀痛,身体也日渐消瘦,太医都认为体虚,开了一堆补品未见好转,无奈下全国寻医,一个江湖郎中揭榜,最后开方,要把山楂和冰糖一起熬制,饭前吃五六颗,皇帝本不信,苦于没有其他法子,尝试下出乎意料妃子恢复了往日的状态。无论事情真伪,山楂确实可以健胃消食,帮助消化,后来能被皇帝认可的东西,就传到了民间,人们为了使用方便,就把山楂一个一个串了起来,形成了今天的冰糖葫芦。

  • 1.1.山楂在小盆中洗净;
  • 2.2.洗净后用水果刀横切山楂,
  • 3.切成一圈然后两手捏住山楂反方向旋转山楂,将山楂对半分开,去掉里面的籽;
  • 4.用剪刀剪掉山楂蒂;
  • 5.将山楂串在竹签上;
  • 6.取一个平盘,倒入一些植物油,用刷子将盘子刷满,等待一会放糖葫芦防粘;
  • 7.将大块冰糖放进微波炉碗,放入微波炉加热1到2分钟,取出用手掰开冰糖成小块;
  • 8.炒锅内放入100毫升热水和黄冰糖,小火将水中的黄冰糖慢慢融化;
  • 9.中间不要用工具搅拌哦,想看状态可以晃动锅子查看,待黄冰糖熬煮成看上去粘稠的金黄色,期间一直是小火状态;
  • 10.取一碗清水,用一根筷子沾取一部分糖再放入水中,看是否会拉丝,拉丝代表糖熬好了;
  • 11.将山楂串在糖中滚两圈,全部沾满糖后将糖葫芦甩在盘子上;
  • 12.沾好糖的糖葫芦放在凉爽的地方待糖凝固后,就可以吃啦!
