【千叶纹蛋糕卷】---好看又好吃

  • 蛋黄4个
  • 45克
  • 白糖20克
  • 低筋粉80克
  • 色拉油45克
  • 蛋清4个
  • 白糖10克
  • 可可粉一大匙
  • 淡奶油100克

Steps to make 【千叶纹蛋糕卷】---好看又好吃

  • 1.分离蛋清和蛋黄,将蛋黄盆中加入20克白糖并搅拌均匀
  • 2.加入色拉油后继续搅匀
  • 3.加入水同样搅拌均匀,然后筛入低粉
  • 4.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 5.将蛋清放入无油无水的盆里
  • 6.分次加入白糖将蛋清打发至硬性发泡
  • 7.取1/3蛋清糊放入蛋黄里面
  • 8.翻拌均匀
  • 9.再重新倒回蛋清盆中
  • 10.翻拌均匀
  • 11.取2大匙蛋糕糊放入小碗中,加入一匙可可粉搅拌均匀,后装到裱花袋中,将蛋糕糊倒入铺油纸的烤盘中把表面尽量刮平,然后用可可糊在蛋糕糊表面划横线
  • 12.然后再用牙签垂直画线就出来花纹了
  • 13.放入烤箱烤制130度22分钟136度8分钟(这是正确的烤制温度,而这次我是121度烤了24分钟后136度10分钟,这个温度不正确)下层哦
  • 14.稍微放凉后倒扣到另一张油纸上面,将底部的油纸撕掉
  • 15.将淡奶油加入白糖后打发至出纹路后涂抹到没有花纹的蛋糕表面
  • 16.卷起来(由于有点干所以卷的时候开始的地方有点开裂)呵呵别笑话俺哈。。。
