孜然羊肉盖浇面
在我看来孜然羊肉怎么能和面条搭配呢,当吃到第一口时完全不是你想象的那样膻气的羊肉拌面条,而是特别鲜香的味道,羊肉香嫩加上孜然辣椒粉的味道,面条则是干爽油润劲道的,所以一口下去还要第二口,这是一道特别勾魂的西北风味面食。
公休在家有时间给家人做一碗孜然羊肉盖浇面看着他们吃得香香的样子,自己就特别高兴。
用鸡蛋再加少许盐和面饧面1个小时以上,压出面条非常劲道,煮好后拌上花椒油再放上孜然羊肉,拌好的面干爽鲜香,怎是一个好吃啊。

Steps to make 孜然羊肉盖浇面

  • 1.洋葱切丝
  • 2.羊肉切薄片
  • 3.羊肉放碗中加少许盐花椒粉抓匀,加少许水淀粉继续抓匀,然后倒少许食用油再抓匀后腌制10分钟
  • 4.炒锅烧热倒油加少许花椒先炝少许花椒油盛出 (这一步没拍照)锅中再加适量油。油温六成热时倒入腌好的羊肉,用筷子播散滑炒羊肉
  • 5.加入适量辣椒粉
  • 6.加入适量孜然粉
  • 7.翻炒几下后倒入少许生抽,下入洋葱丝
  • 8.翻炒数下加适量盐调味后关火出锅
  • 9.煮锅中加水烧开,放入压好的面条煮熟
  • 10.捞出面条后浇上一勺花椒油翻拌均匀
  • 11.盛到盘中
  • 12.上面盛上炒好的自然羊肉,翻拌均匀
  • 13.干爽鲜香的盖浇面做好了,香喷喷的开吃喽
