自制绿豆芽
绿豆在发芽的过程中,维生素C会增加很多,而且部分蛋白质也会分解为各种人体所需的氨基酸,可达到绿豆原含量的七倍,所以绿豆芽的营养价值比绿豆更大。
虽然豆芽菜发制的时间比较长,没有买的吃起来方便,但自己做的绝对是绿色环保的,吃着特别放心!

Steps to make 自制绿豆芽

  • 1.绿豆洗净后用清水侵泡20小时左右
  • 2.将泡发好的绿豆倒入沥水蓝中码平,并把多余的水控掉
  • 3.篮子下面放个接水盆
  • 4.选用一块干净的棉布(洗碗布或纱布均可)打湿,拧半干后覆盖在绿豆表面,给豆子保持湿度
  • 5.篮子上面再放一个大小合适的盆,并压上个重物,放置避光处
  • 6.每天早晚各浇一次水,浇完后记得要把水控一控
  • 7.第二天就出小芽了
  • 8.长到第四天就可以收获啦,用来炒和凉拌都是非常美 哟!
