白灼大虾
虾的吃法很多,我家里,最常做的就是白灼虾,感觉这样能保持虾的鲜味。特别是活虾,白灼起来吃,鲜甜,爽口,简单而且好吃的做法。在市场买了8两大明虾,也就是对虾,学名中国对虾,很新鲜,这虾做白灼不算很好,肉不够爽,不过,贵在新鲜,活蹦乱跳,就焯熟吃了,配上用尖椒圈,葱花,酱油做的蘸料,味道很鲜甜。

Steps to make 白灼大虾

  • 1.将虾洗净控干。
  • 2.锅里加适量的水,烧开,拍几片姜下去,然后将虾入锅。
  • 3.将虾焯熟就可以上碟了,再用尖椒,葱花,酱油烧个蘸料就好。
