豆沙小蛋球

  • 鸡蛋2枚
  • 黄油2大匙
  • 菜油2大匙
  • 白糖6大匙
  • 香精2/3小勺
  • 精盐1/8小匙
  • 泡打粉1/2小匙
  • 低筋面粉12大匙
  • 红豆沙约1/2杯

Steps to make 豆沙小蛋球

  • 1.把鸡蛋和白糖入碗,加发约3~4分钟,加入菜油、溶过的黄油和香精,再打发均匀。
  • 2.用另一碗,加面粉、泡打粉和精盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把混合好的粉加入蛋液里。
  • 4.开中火,锅置炉上,喷上菜油或刷上菜油。
  • 5.注入蛋液约模子的1/3深,烘至底部稍凝固,否则豆沙就会直接堕入底部,就不完美了。
  • 6.把豆沙搓成圆球,直径1.5至2厘米左右,放入面糊的中间。
  • 7.再注入面糊至模子的八成满,稍等片刻。
  • 8.用牙签试着翻翻底层面糊的凝固情况,凝固后烘至金黄色,用牙签挑起翻转面。
  • 9.把另一面也烘至金黄色,如果颜色成色不够,我们可以两边翻翻来烤。Enjoy !
