紫菜包饭
这个是叫紫菜包饭哦,不是寿司哈!!!
寿司比较多样化,也不一定是用紫菜包卷而成的,有用三文鱼、墨鱼、或鱼卵加米饭卷成圆形或长条形的形状;
而紫菜包饭就比较单一,一般用黄瓜条、火腿条、胡萝卜、肉松、菠菜等卷成;
寿司是冷的口感,而紫菜包饭一般都是温热的口感。
寿司一般会蘸芥末吃,儿紫菜包饭的口感会比较清淡。

简单几步教你做出不散又美味的寿司

Steps to make 紫菜包饭

  • 1.胡萝卜、黄瓜、火腿条切成小条状;
  • 2.鸡蛋打散加入适量的盐;
  • 3.再加入1勺半的开水用打蛋器搅打均匀,此时热锅中下一小勺的油将不粘平底锅抹匀;
  • 4.小火倒入蛋液迅速摇匀锅中的蛋液成薄片状,煎至边上都凝固;
  • 5.将蛋一半盖到另一面上,即将没有煎的一面对折,稍微再煎几秒盛出备用;
  • 6.火腿条用煎蛋剩下的一点油稍微煎一下;
  • 7.胡萝卜放入开水中焯水至熟;
  • 8.焯好的胡萝卜放在吸油纸上吸去水分,蛋皮切成条;
  • 9.米饭中加入1小勺寿司醋、1小勺芝麻油、1小勺鱼露、1大勺白芝麻拌匀;
  • 10.寿司紫菜放在寿司卷帘上,放上米饭压匀使其均匀的铺在寿司紫菜上,再码上胡萝卜、黄瓜、蛋皮、火腿条、肉松;
  • 11.用寿司卷帘把紫菜卷起,卷的过程中一定要压实,然后卷成条型;
  • 12.用刀切成1.5cm厚的片装盘即可。
  • 13.刀上抹油或抹凉开水,切成1.5cm厚的片装盘即可。
