泰式柠香烤鱼的做法

Steps to make 泰式柠香烤鱼的做法

  • 1.准备所需材料
  • 2.鲈鱼清理干净开花刀上滚水锅蒸6分钟,弃汁将鱼摆烤盘锡纸上
  • 3.蒸鱼的时候,切半只柠檬挤汁,另一半切成三片,再把葱姜蒜辣椒所有配料切粒拌柠檬汁,备另一碟葱白姜蒜爆油
  • 4.油锅爆香葱白和姜蒜
  • 5.原油锅小火加生抽、蚝油、少许清水煮成酱汁,再将煮香的酱汁放入佐料碗里拌匀
  • 6.先把酱汁淋鱼身上
  • 7.再把柠檬片放在鱼身
  • 8.放进烤箱180度,烘烤15分钟
  • 9.出炉后,鱼肉嫩滑,酸辣清新可口
