黑芝麻花生馅
黑芝麻和花生的营养价值都特别的高,这两种食材的结合不仅营养全面,味道还特别的香。
记得小时候,每到过年时,妈妈都会做这个馅料,用来包汤圆,非常好吃。后来我自己学会了,便经常会做来吃,不仅可以包汤圆,还可以包包子、烙饼等都很美味,非常香甜适口。。

  • 猪板油650g
  • 绵白糖450g

Steps to make 黑芝麻花生馅

  • 1.黑芝麻用水冲洗后,用滤网勺捞出放入锅里,先用大火将水份炒干,然后转中小火继续翻炒,直到将黑芝麻炒熟炒香捞出放凉
  • 2.再将花生仁炒熟
  • 3.去掉花生皮
  • 4.将炒熟的黑芝麻和花生仁打碎后放一起,再放入绵白糖,将它们混合均匀(花生碎可以大一点)
  • 5.猪板油洗净后切小块放入锅中,同时倒入小半碗清水,开中大火将水份煸干出油时转小火熬制
  • 6.熬制期间经常用锅铲翻动,最后将油全部熬出来
  • 7.捞出油渣
  • 8.待熬好的猪油不烫手时,倒入黑芝麻花生碎里
  • 9.用筷子搅拌均匀
  • 10.放凉后就凝固成形,便于包汤圆、包子、馅饼等吃不完的可以放入食品袋或容器里密封好,放进冰箱冷冻室保存一年都不会坏的,用的时候提前半小时取出即可
