Steps to make DIY——蚝油黄衣菜花

  • 1.菜花洗净,掰成小朵。
  • 2.葱姜蒜切末,胡萝卜切小块状。
  • 3.足够多的淀粉。
  • 4.盐、蚝油、白糖、绍酒、淀粉加少许水勾芡汁备用。
  • 5.锅内加可以没过菜花的水。
  • 6.水开后放入少许盐和菜花,大火等水一开,菜花立刻出锅。
  • 7.菜花全身滚满干淀粉,裹厚一点。
  • 8.裹越厚越方便后面的操作。
  • 9.热锅放多一些的油,大火。
  • 10.等油温八成热时,放入菜花炸至金黄色。
  • 11.捞出沥干油。
  • 12.锅内留底油烧热,放入葱姜蒜和豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 13.放入炸好的菜花、胡萝卜。
  • 14.翻炒均匀后倒入之前勾好的芡。
  • 15.搅拌均匀后淋上香油即可出锅。
  • 16.成了,大家都说很好吃哦。
