Steps to make 焦糖杏仁饼

  • 1.黄油软化分次加入糖粉搅拌打发
  • 2.分次加入蛋黄
  • 3.入低粉揉成面团
  • 4.沾上手粉整形
  • 5.上压小空,入冰箱半小时
  • 6.预热烤箱180度烤制15分钟,
  • 7.将辅材料全部倒入锅,加热110度之后,将温热100度左右杏仁拌入
  • 8.入饼面,注意留四边,因为烤制过程会流淌出来
