    Steps to make 白菜饭包

    • 1.焖饭的时候上面放土豆,土豆泥和大米饭一锅出,把土豆泥碾碎进米饭里。
    • 2.洗干净白菜叶、香菜、葱,控水。
    • 3.丸子切片,电饼铛刷薄油双面煎。
    • 4.煎至双面微黄出锅备用。
    • 5.把鸡蛋炒碎,加一半黄豆酱、一半香其酱。
    • 6.炒匀,混合进葱花激发香味,备用。
    • 7.盆底是米饭和土豆泥的混合,上面放上酱、丸子、香菜、葱花。混合均匀。
    • 8.下面铺保鲜膜,上面铺白菜叶。记得把接近叶柄的位置向内折几下。
    • 9.放上饭。
    • 10.左右两侧分别向对面折叠,再从下向上卷紧。
    • 11.成品图。
