Steps to make 巧克力橙子片

  • 1.4个橙子用盐水搓洗干净。
  • 2.用无情铁叉将毫无反抗之力的橙子扎到千疮百孔。
  • 3.橙子加水煮至沸腾,倒掉水,再重复一次,去除橙皮苦涩。
  • 4.彻底冷却后切成3-5mm的薄片。
  • 5.只取中间部分,不留两端。
  • 6.烤箱热风模式100度烤4小时左右至橙片酥脆(勤翻动)。
  • 7.烤好后等待冷却。
  • 8.准备100g冷藏后的白巧克力。
  • 9.切碎碎。
  • 10.微波炉中低火加热,每隔30秒钟取出观察状态且搅拌一次。
  • 11.3分钟左右至完全融化即可。
  • 12.橙片一侧沾满巧克力。
  • 13.冷藏至巧克力凝固。
  • 14.成品图。
