萝卜豆腐油墩子

    Steps to make 萝卜豆腐油墩子

    • 1.面粉加水和少许油搅成稀面糊(跟酸奶差不多)。
    • 2.白萝卜切丁。
    • 3.加盐拌匀腌制出水,倒到沥水袋中挤干水分。
    • 4.老豆腐切丁。
    • 5.香葱切细。
    • 6.白萝卜、豆腐、虾皮、香葱放在一起,加五香粉、蚝油、生抽。
    • 7.拌匀。
    • 8.油墩子模具放油锅里烧热,取出舀入一勺面糊。
    • 9.放到油锅里加热一会让底部面糊凝固。
    • 10.转一圈让面糊沾满模具。
    • 11.放上馅料。
    • 12.再舀上面糊盖住馅料。
    • 13.放到油锅里炸,待油墩子定型后,翻转模具,在锅边轻敲倒出油墩子继续炸至金黄。
    • 14.外酥里嫩。
    • 15.再来一个。
