萝卜棒骨汤
有“小人参”之称的白罗卜中含有蛋白质、糖、维生素A、维生素C、尼克酸,以及无素钙、磷、铁等。萝卜内含有的糖化酵素和芥子油成分,对人体消化功能大有裨益。有下气消食,除痰润肺,解毒生津,和中止咳,利大小便之功效。

近年来医学界发现白萝卜有抗癌作用:由于白萝卜含有木质素 可以提高巨噬细胞的活力 从而吞噬癌细胞.而且还含有一种酶能分解致癌的亚硝胺 所以有抗癌作用.另外 白萝卜是人体补充钙的最佳来源之一。

秋天正是萝卜收获的季节,市场上到处堆满了价廉的萝卜,萝卜买回家,拌、炒、炖都可以,还可以晒干做萝卜干,或者切成萝卜丝晒干做成腌菜,都是可口下饭的好菜。

萝卜棒骨汤,加上红枣桂圆枸杞,补钙、滋补又暖胃,荤、素、汤全有了,营养全面。吃饭先喝汤,又谚语说:“饭前喝汤,胜似药方”,也有人说:“饭前喝汤,苗条健康”,看来汤在我们的饮食结构里是至关重要的。

  • 枸杞十粒
  • 大蒜瓣三瓣
  • 生抽少许

Steps to make 萝卜棒骨汤

  • 1.原材料
  • 2.大葱切成小段,生姜和大蒜瓣切成片,桂圆去壳,大枣去核切成小块
  • 3.棒骨冷水入锅焯水,加入适量料酒、几片姜片和蒜片
  • 4.萝卜切成滚刀块
  • 5.萝卜放入适量盐用手抓匀,腌制15分钟
  • 6.砂锅内放水,加入大枣、枸杞、桂圆、生姜、大蒜、大葱,烧开
  • 7.焯水后的棒骨捞出放入炒锅里煸炒,炒干水汽,不用放油,加盐、生抽、白醋翻炒入味
  • 8.将炒入味的棒骨和腌制后的白萝卜放入砂锅,白萝卜腌制出的水倒掉,小火慢炖三至四个小时
  • 9.出锅了,尝一下咸淡是否合适,盐味不足的话再加点盐
