香菇豆腐镶肉

  • 红烧酱油2汤匙
  • 蚝油一汤匙
  • 水淀粉2汤匙
  • 葱花2克
  • 香油一茶匙

Steps to make 香菇豆腐镶肉

  • 1.把豆腐中间挖空,鲜香菇洗净后切片,准备调好的猪肉末
  • 2.把猪肉末填入挖空的豆腐里
  • 3.准备葱花和水淀粉
  • 4.热锅倒油,加入镶好的豆腐
  • 5.煎至金黄再翻面煎至金黄盛出
  • 6.另起锅加入底油,油温7分热倒入香菇煸炒出香味
  • 7.把豆腐回锅,加入红烧酱油和开水盖上转中火烧至入味
  • 8.打开盖子加入蚝油烧一分钟后把豆腐装盆
  • 9.然后用水淀粉勾薄芡
  • 10.再加入香油后熄火出锅
  • 11.把芡汁淋入盆中撒上葱花上桌
