奶香烤饼

  • 泡打粉3克
  • 纯净水30克

Steps to make 奶香烤饼

  • 1.主辅料: 奶粉、鸡蛋、面粉 。
  • 2. 碗中打入鸡蛋,加白糖、泡打粉。
  • 3. 加入奶粉、纯净水、搅拌均匀。
  • 4. 加入面粉。
  • 5.和成软面团,覆盖保鲜膜,松弛20分钟。
  • 6. 把面团按成1.5cm厚的饼。
  • 7. 用茶杯按出圆饼。
  • 8. 放入烤盘。要留出空隙。
  • 9.烤箱180度,放入中下层。
  • 10. 烤制15分钟,再移至中层烤制5分钟。
  • 11. 取出晾凉。
  • 12. 装盘即可食用。
