馋嘴小吃---天妇罗
天妇罗是一道日式料理。
把海鲜或者蔬菜挂入面粉炸至金黄香脆,蘸上酱油和萝卜拌均匀的调料汁食用。

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.120克面粉加入蛋黄。
  • 3.再加入清水。
  • 4.加入吉士粉。
  • 5.搅拌成为无颗粒状的面糊备用。
  • 6.大虾洗净剥去虾壳留少许虾尾备用。
  • 7.白萝卜去皮。
  • 8.切成细丝。
  • 9.放入碗中加少许盐腌制片刻。
  • 10.取一个小碗加入生抽,鲜贝露,鱼露再放入萝卜成为蘸汁备用。
  • 11.大虾先裹上面粉。
  • 12.再裹入面糊,虾尾留出来不用过面糊。
  • 13.入油锅中炸制金黄捞出沥油。
  • 14.洗净的芹菜叶沾上面粉和面糊。
  • 15.也炸制金黄,捞出沥油。
  • 16.炸好的食材装盘,随萝卜蘸汁一起上桌即好。
