  • 白巧克力80g
  • 淡奶油80g
  • 黄油13g
  • 榛果15粒

Steps to make 【榛果软心巧克力】

  • 1.准备原料:巧克力切碎;黄油室温软化;榛果切碎
  • 2.熔化巧克力
  • 3.用小勺轻轻搅拌均匀
  • 4.淡奶油倒入奶锅中,即将沸腾关火,加入软化的黄油余温混合均匀
  • 5.混合液倒入切碎的白色巧克力中,加入榛果碎,拌匀
  • 6.黑巧克力盛入硅胶模具中,直到四壁沾上巧克力,冷藏至凝固
  • 7.白巧克力馅填入成壳的黑巧克力中,约7、8分满,冷藏
  • 8.剩余的黑巧克力回温后,倒在馅上封口,完全冷却凝固后脱模即可食用
