  • 1.准备材料

  • 6.拿着面条的两端,向两边扯长,等中间变得很薄的时候,从中间撕开,就好了,可以扯到好长。
  • 7.锅里放水,开锅之后,下扯好的面条。开锅之后,煮至2到3分钟就可以,加盐、醋、酱油、葱花、辣椒面。烧热油淋面上,再拌匀吃。
