将蔬菜色拉加进面包里-----杂蔬面包
做这款面包已经明显感觉降温后面包制作时间延长了,发酵比前几天慢多了,看来这段时间需要勤快些把想做的喜欢的方子尽快付诸行动。

这款杂蔬面包是自由的方子,家里没有耐高温芝士普通的芝士想想还是没加进去,不过成品的味道也相当不错,沙拉酱高温烘烤后更香了,掰一块直接吃有菜又有肉当早餐美味又营养。

  • 高筋面粉250G
  • 25G
  • 牛奶135G
  • 火腿丁50G
  • 干酵母3G
  • 黄油25G
  • 3G
  • 细砂糖40G

Steps to make 将蔬菜色拉加进面包里-----杂蔬面包

  • 1.用后油法将面团至面筋扩展,表面光滑。
  • 2.放温暖处进行基础发酵,发至原体积的2-2.5倍大。
  • 3.发酵结束后,将面团取出排气滚圆盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 4.松弛过后的面团擀成长方形,底边压薄,将胡萝卜玉米粒豌豆火腿丁用适量沙拉酱拌匀做好馅料后涂在面饼上,稍按一按。
  • 5.将面团自上而下卷成筒状,收口处捏紧。
  • 6.切成均匀的7份,切面朝上放在8寸的蛋糕膜中。
  • 7.在温暖湿润处进行最后发酵。
  • 8.最后发酵完成后表面刷蛋液,呈之字形挤上沙拉酱,放入预热好180℃的烤箱,中下层烤30分钟即可。
