巧克力芝士蛋糕

Steps to make 巧克力芝士蛋糕

  • 1.奥利奥饼干用搅拌机打碎,加入融化的黄油,把奥利奥饼干粉末倒进黄油里,用铲子炒匀备用
  • 2.把奥利奥饼干粉末倒进蛋糕模里,均匀的平铺在底部,用搅拌刀压平压紧。把蛋糕模放进冰箱冷藏备用
  • 3.将奶油奶酪放进一个大碗里,用搅拌器打碎备用
  • 4.加入白糖,隔热水加热,用电动打蛋器把奶油奶酪和糖一起打至顺滑状态
  • 5.将一个鸡蛋打入奶酪糊里,并用电动打蛋器搅打均匀。再将另一个鸡蛋打入奶酪糊里并搅拌均匀。加入淡奶油、香草精搅拌均匀即成奶酪蛋糕糊。
  • 6.从冰箱取出有放有奥利奥饼干的蛋糕模,把奶酪蛋糕糊倒入
  • 7.把蛋糕模放在烤盘里,隔着烤盘,在烤盘里注入清水,因为模具是多尺寸的模具,没有底,就加了锡纸然后多隔了一层模具烤。烤箱预热160度,上下火,把蛋糕模连同烤盘一起放入烤箱中层,上下火烤约1个小时。
  • 8.把黑巧克力和黄油切小块后放入碗中,加热融化
  • 9.加入淡奶油,隔热水不断搅拌,直到黄油和巧克力完全融化成顺滑的状态
  • 10.待趁巧克力淋酱稍微降温后,倒入芝士蛋糕模里,静置片刻,将蛋糕模放入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上即可
