豆沙多层面包
经常自制各种面包,家人最近喜欢吃豆沙面包,就制作了豆沙多层面包,层次分明,香软可囗。

  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 牛奶120g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 奶粉10g
  • 黄油20g
  • 酵母3g
  • 白糖20g

Steps to make 豆沙多层面包

  • 1.将面和好,最近天气有点凉,我就将面团放入酸奶机中发酵比较快。
  • 2.取出面团揉至均匀。
  • 3.将面擀开,另一侧放入提前擀成片状的豆沙。
  • 4.将三面的口封严封好。
  • 5.擀成长方型的片状,折成日形。
  • 6.擀成长方型再折第二次。
  • 7.反复进行3次即可。
  • 8.切条状。
  • 9.分别放入模具中,进行二次饧发。
  • 10.进行二次饧发(看来模具有点大,面包好像涨不满)。
  • 11.二次饧发完成。
  • 12.二次饧发完成。
  • 13.烤箱提前预热10分钟,上火180度,下火160度,放置中下层烤20分钟。
  • 14.豆沙多层豆沙成品出炉,颜色很漂亮,层次清晰、口感香甜(呵呵,上面那个面包让孩子掰去一块吃了)。
