西瓜仁海绵杯子蛋糕
制作海绵蛋糕用料有鸡蛋、白糖、面粉及少量油脂等,其中新鲜的鸡蛋是制作海绵蛋糕的最重要的条件,因为新鲜的鸡蛋胶体溶液稠度高,能打进气体,保持气体性能稳定;存放时间长的蛋不宜用来制作蛋糕。这款海绵蛋糕,因为是全蛋打发,需要时间比较长,需要一点点的耐心,全程需要20分钟左右。

Steps to make 西瓜仁海绵杯子蛋糕

  • 1.称量好制作蛋糕的食材。
  • 2.西瓜仁用电饼铛焙熟。
  • 3.将6个鸡蛋打入厨师机的专用盆中。
  • 4.先用低速将鸡蛋打成粗泡。
  • 5.然后倒入150克的砂糖。
  • 6.高速打发20分钟左右。
  • 7.全蛋液打发至提起打蛋器头部,蛋液不会滴落。
  • 8.将玉米油倒入全蛋液中,继续搅拌均匀。(约10秒)
  • 9.分三次加入过好筛的面粉,并用硅胶刀轻轻翻拌均匀.
  • 10.焙好的西瓜仁倒入一半,拌匀.
  • 11.分别倒入纸杯。上面再将剩余的西瓜仁撒在面糊表面。
  • 12.烤箱180°预热,上下火,中层。烤20分钟左右。
  • 13.取出放凉。
  • 14.成品特别的柔软,好吃。
