Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.在盆里倒入牛奶、白糖、色拉油搅拌均匀。
  • 2.倒入糯米粉、粘米粉、澄面,搅拌均匀,成为稀面糊。
  • 3.搅拌好的稀面糊静置30分钟,然后入蒸锅,大火蒸15分钟即可。
  • 4.蒸熟的面糊,用筷子使劲的搅拌顺成面团,放凉备用。
  • 5.把冰皮分成40克一个,馅分成35克一个。左边那两个绿色的是加了抹茶粉的,建议大家馅料一定要选干的,我那几个红豆馅的太稀,不好包,而且容易露馅。
  • 6.在手上拍点糕粉防粘,然后将冰皮放在手心压扁,放上事先揉圆的馅球。
  • 7.包起来,不要有馅料露在外面。
  • 8.在模具里撒点糕粉,让糕粉均匀粘在模具壁上,把多余的糕粉倒出来,否则的话出来的月饼表面会沾有很多粉,把收口的那面朝下,光滑的那面紧贴印花模,用手压实。
  • 9.均匀使劲按压模具,这样出来的月饼才会平整。
  • 10.把做好的月饼放入冰箱冷藏一晚上才好吃,很Q~
