    Steps to make 凉拌红薯凉粉

    • 1.干红薯粉一碗备用。
    • 2.同样大小的碗,准备六碗水。

    • 4.四碗水入锅中煮底部冒泡泡即可。
    • 5.过滤后的红薯粉浆搅匀。
    • 6.缓缓加入水中。
    • 7.小火慢慢搅动,注意小火哦,加少许盐和碱粉,粉的口感会更加筋道。
    • 8.红薯粉呈透明状,大约搅动二十分钟左右即可关火。
    • 9.盘中抹入熟油。
    • 10.依次将红薯粉盛入盘中晾凉。

    • 12.均改刀切碎装盘。
    • 13.案板提前抹点凉水,晾凉后的红薯凉粉反扣在案板上。
