马蹄淮山鸡壳汤

玉竹、淮山都是肺胃同补,鸡壳就是鸡骨架,煲汤汤味清甜又不会肥腻。

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.瘦肉切块;玉竹洗净
  • 3.瘦肉和鸡壳焯水
  • 4.马蹄去皮切两半
  • 5.汤锅中加水,瘦肉、鸡壳、姜片和马蹄一起放入锅中,烧开后转小火煲一小时
  • 6.淮山去皮切块
  • 7.把淮山加入锅中再煲半小时
  • 8.最后加盐调味就可以了。
