Steps to make 鲫鱼萝卜丝汤

  • 1.原料图如图。
  • 2.鲫鱼洗净去掉腹部黑膜,葱切段,姜切丝备用。
  • 3.锅里放少许油烧热倒掉,重新放冷油,七成热煎鲫鱼到两面微黄。盛出。
  • 4.煎鱼的油炒香葱姜。兑入足量的温水,放入鲫鱼。
  • 5.大火烧开小火炖到奶白色。
  • 6.放入萝卜丝,调入盐,胡椒粉,炖倒萝卜软即可。
