  • 细砂糖15g
  • 芝士片50g
  • 火腿50g
  • 干燥的欧芹碎1小匙
  • 牛奶(表面装饰)少许

  • 1.材料备齐。
  • 2.火腿肠切小丁,芝士片切丝。
  • 3.蛋糕粉,泡打粉过筛,加入糖,盐混合。
  • 4.加入淡奶油揉成团。
  • 5.加入芝士碎,火腿丁,欧芹碎揉成团。
  • 6.从中间切开。
  • 7.再叠在一起压扁,再叠压几次,揉匀即可。
  • 8.包上保鲜膜冷藏30分钟。
  • 9.切成8块,摆在无边烤盘上,表面刷点牛奶,不要刷太多哈。
  • 10.烤箱中层200度,15分钟,上色过深可以加盖锡纸。
  • 11.出炉脱模放凉。
