配方来自静心莲,当时看到她参加新浪烘焙世界杯的美食大赛作品,顿时被惊艳的一塌糊涂,然后瞅着里面的一个配方实践了一下,味道不错,而且做法简单,早上起来做好,搭配一杯牛奶,一顿营养早餐就OK啦~   


材料:
低筋面粉240g,奶粉15g,黄油90g,细砂糖35g,鸡蛋2个,牛奶17g,淡奶油10g,泡打粉6g,盐少许,香草精适量,酒渍蔓越莓30g

Steps to make 【英式蔓越莓司康】——快速打造营养早餐

  • 1.将泡打粉、奶粉、细砂糖和盐加入低筋面粉中
  • 2.搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入软化的小黄油块
  • 4.用油面混合器将粉和油混匀,最后呈粗玉米粉状态
  • 5.淡奶油中加入牛奶和香草精
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.将混匀的液体倒入面粉中
  • 8.拌匀至无明显干粉状态即可
  • 9. 分次加入鸡蛋
  • 10.拌匀
  • 11.加入捏干的酒渍蔓越莓
  • 12.拌匀
  • 13.将面糊装入硅胶模中
  • 14.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度烘烤25~30分钟
  • 15.出炉晾至不烫手即可脱模
