    Steps to make 板栗烧鸡

    • 1.准备材料
    • 2.将香菇和笋干冲洗干净泡发,板栗洗净,猪膘肉切片、葱切段,姜切片备用
    • 3.将鸡斩成块儿,焯水后用清水冲干净浮沫
    • 4.将板栗拭干水分,略炸
    • 5.锅底留油,煸香葱姜
    • 6.放入猪膘肉和鸡块翻炒,放入味极鲜、少许老抽、少许糖和绍酒炒匀
    • 7.加入热水,烧滚后转小火,将鸡炖至6成熟,将发好的香菇去蒂,笋干切段和板栗一同放入锅中,烧至鸡酥烂,栗子软糯即可
    • 8.炖好的食材盛出,将汤汁沟薄芡,加入少许盐和香油
    • 9.将汤汁淋在鸡块上即可
