宝宝八岁生日,亲手给宝宝做了这个生日蛋糕,一家人非常开心,哈哈,幸福就是一家人在一起,一起吃着亲手做的蛋糕更加幸福。这个蛋糕无色素无添加剂,还是自己做的健康又好吃,那种味道真的是外面买的怎么也比不上的。不会裱花,稍微装饰一下,一款非常漂亮的生日蛋糕呈现在眼前,自己都觉得很惊喜。自己动手这个过程是个非常快乐的过程哟,漂亮的蛋糕并没有想象的那么麻烦,虽然不专业,虽然也没有专业工具,但是一样能做出令全家惊喜万分的蛋糕哟。

  • 白砂糖145克
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 玉米油50克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 动物性淡奶油300毫升

Steps to make 生日蛋糕

  • 1.将蛋清和蛋黄分离
  • 2.蛋黄里加入25克白砂糖,50克玉米油,80克牛奶,搅拌拌匀
  • 3.加入过筛的低筋面粉和可可粉,用刮刀混合均匀
  • 4.蛋清打入无水无油的容器里,加入几滴柠檬汁,加入20克白砂糖
  • 5.用电动打蛋器低速打,打出粗泡,再加入20克白砂糖,中速打,打至湿性发泡,再加入20克白砂糖,高速打至干性发泡
  • 6.将打发的蛋清分次加入蛋黄糊里
  • 7.画十字方式搅拌均匀
  • 8.倒入蛋糕模里,震动几下,震去多余的大气泡
  • 9.放入预热的烤箱中下层,上下火,150度,55分钟,出炉倒扣在烤架上
  • 10.蛋糕脱模,沿蛋糕高度的一半将蛋糕切成上下两片
  • 11.淡奶油加入60克白砂糖隔冰水打发
  • 12.将蛋糕的下面的那一片抹上奶油,铺上水果粒,再铺上一层奶油
  • 13.盖上上面的一片,然后四周表面均匀抹上奶油
  • 14.沿着高度的一圈沾上杏仁片
  • 15.将奶油装入裱花嘴,在蛋糕的下面四周和顶上四周挤出自己喜欢的花型
  • 16.装点上糖珠、水果,蛋糕就做好了
